Sautéed Summer Squash and Onions



  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil or Butter

  • 2-3 Medium Summer Squash, sliced

  • 1/4 Medium Sweet Onion, diced

  • Salt and Pepper to taste


1. Melt butter over medium-low heat in skillet.

2. Add onions and squash, cook until onions are translucent and squash is tender (approximately 8-10 minutes).

3. Remove from heat and add salt and pepper to taste.
