Buttered Rosemary Broccoli

  • 1 Bunch broccoli

  • 3 Tablespoon Butter

  • 1 teaspoon Finely Chopped Fresh Rosemary

  • Salt and Pepper (to taste)


1. Wash and dry broccoli and rosemary. Cut broccoli into florets, then slice into 1/2 inch pieces.

2. Bring a large pot of water to boil, add broccoli and cook until tender (5-6 minutes). Drain broccoli and place in bowl.

3. Melt butter in small saucepan on low heat. Add rosemary and season with salt and pepper. Stir until butter browns. Remove and pour over broccoli. Garnish with rosemary if desired.
